{"id":3112,"date":"2016-02-11T14:22:37","date_gmt":"2016-02-11T13:22:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ecoledelacroiseedeschemins.fr\/?page_id=3112"},"modified":"2016-05-07T13:23:32","modified_gmt":"2016-05-07T11:23:32","slug":"vision","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/ecoledelacroiseedeschemins.fr\/en\/association-2\/vision\/","title":{"rendered":"Our Vision"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Our vision is to contribute to a world in which\u00a0:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>Everybody can live in an environment where their full potential is developed and realized&#8230;<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>Where such potential (whether of an individual or a group) is recognized and developed to its full extent for the good of the family, the school, society and at an international level.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>Where human qualities that lead to a better world are recognized and implemented&#8230;<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>By concentrating on the individual, we promote a world that respects freedom, security, empathy and a positive attitude towards others.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>By living according to these principals in our school, our pupils are able to see the reality of these goals, not only in their immediate surroundings, but in the world in which they live.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>Our pupils come to be able to express their emotions and needs, as well as articulate questions, ideas\u00a0, and propositions for new projects to improve our school.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">This means a focus on creativity within the individual,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">and an environmentally conscious approach towards living.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>Where a stable and democratic system is respected, based on the needs of the individual, their community, and the world around them.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>This project is possible for everybody who wishes to see a world in which diversity blossoms, and a world in which everybody can live in harmony.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>Where self-determination is recognized as an inalienable right.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>And where each person can\u00a0:<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Develop their conscience to its full extent, according to their environment, and to be able to express themselves freely.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>Participate in decisions that immediately affect them.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Live and learn peacefully and according to their contributions, tastes and dispositions with the support of a community of individuals that respect and trust one another\u00a0.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>All of this is on offer to our children, and gives them the chance to follow their interests through an unbridled liberty to play, to dream, to express themselves and to explore the world around them&#8230;
